guchipa.io is operated by Korab Zeciri, Switzerland ("we"). By playing, you agree to these terms.
1. The game
guchipa.io is free to play and is paid for by advertising. There are no accounts, and nothing you achieve in the game is saved. We may change, pause or end the game, or parts of it, at any time.
2. Fair play
Please play fair and be respectful. It is not allowed to:
- use cheats, bots, scripts or other tools that play or give an advantage for you;
- exploit bugs, or attack, overload or disrupt the game server;
- use offensive, hateful or sexual names, or pretend to be someone else.
We may rename or remove players and block access if these rules are broken.
3. Content
The game, its code, its look and its name belong to Korab Zeciri. You may share videos and screenshots of the game.
4. No guarantee
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
5. Liability
As far as Swiss law allows, we are not liable for damages from using the game, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
7. Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country also apply.
